Excellent Space-Saving Rack for Older & Modern Long Guns
I literally cannot overstate how awesome this rack is. I liked it so much I bought two with my own money. It’s a sturdy, corner-friendly design that looks good in a room and can safely store up to 15 rifles. It's worth the cost.
Pros:
Stable, space-saving corner design
Sharp appearance, nice finish (though “carbonized black” looks more like regular wood to me)
Assembly is easy and straightforward
Packaged very well — both of mine arrived bubble-wrapped and without a scratch
Fits older rifles and bolt actions perfectly, especially milsurp pieces
Scoped rifles can fit into the open slots where the scope has clearance
Recommend adding a dab of glue in the dowel holes (wood glue or even super glue) for extra long-term stability
Cons:
Works flawlessly with milsurp and bolt actions, but modern rifles like AR-15s don’t sit flush if you use the grooves as intended. To keep them stable, you’ll need to rest the stock slightly offset so the angle leans the rifle into the rack properly.
Color doesn’t really match the “carbonized black” description.
Even with those quirks, this is still a 5-star product. It’s sturdy, space-saving, and does exactly what it should. I’d post pictures to show how the modern rifles fit, but Amazon would flag the review if a firearm was in the photo, which I honestly believe Amazon should make exceptions for that rule when it involves a gun-related accessory.

Easy to assemble
Was easy to assemble, It came with all hardware and an Allen Wrench necessary for assembly.
Sturdy design. Has wooden dowels on both ends of the 7 vertical slats. These aid in alignment and stability.
Has a small floor footprint. ( Approximately 2ft x 3ft )
Storage capacity, will easily hold up to 15 guns.
Has a nice dark walnut finish.
Made out of thick plywood, this provides consistent strength and stability. (No “particle board” used in construction.)
It is a sensible solution for storage and display.

Easy set up. Used a drill driver. Fit exactly where I wanted in the gun closet/safe. No deeper than the bench. Fit my rifles with ease.

Mixed fit of slots
The rack is so so on fit. For the slots where the verticals are the verticals block a few different rifles from fitting into those slots. The rear sights on my Garands will touch the verticals which precludes the rifle from getting slotted correctly in several slots so the usability for my application is reduced. It is easy to assemble.

Great U shaped design. This rack needs additional stability.
I have this at 3 stars because of the overall stability once assembled. I didn’t feel that its stability was adequate. I used 4, 4” l brackets and 8 1” L brackets in places where the stand felt flimsy once assembled according to the instructions provided. Maybe it’s more stable once you add 15 long guns, I wasn’t going to chance it. The open front was not stable.
I like the rack due to its minimal foot print and design.
The cost of the brackets on Amazon was about 12 dollars, with extra brackets left over. One screw that was provided stripped in the hole, it was not over tightened, just bad design. I wrapped it with electrical tape to fit the tap hole and glued it in. It took me an extra 45 mins of work before I was comfortable with the racks overall stability. I still have not found a better U shaped design for 15 long guns in a small room. I’ll leave this choice to the buyer, because they should be willing to refit the rack for stability where needed.
I recommend that the provided screws be glued into the provided holes as well as adding a few brackets.

The perfect U-shaped gun rack for us
Yes! So far, this has been our favorite gun rack from Amazon. It was easy to put together, and it is very sturdy. We were excited to find this U-shaped one that was wood and not metal/plastic. This is in an area for us that will not be bumped, so it did not matter size-wise, but the size was 100% accurate. Overall, we would purchase again. If this company had lots of other hunting options for storage, we would definitely look at them for purchase.

Top quality, easy build
Well-made of quality material, and precise fitting. Wasy to assemble by one person though another pair of hands would have helped. Know that scopes mounted on rifles will protrude through the sides, and rifles with high sights cannot be stored where a support post is. I can't imagine a more compact way to store 14 rifles, especially at this price.
